Coaching and Walking is operated by Motive Consulting Ltd, an international leadership and organisational development consulting firm established in 2008. We walk and coach in locations from upland hills to local countryside – it all counts!
Motive provides leadership solutions to locations including UK, United States, Hong Kong, China, India and Sweden, and to sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, sports, culture and financial services. The Director of Motive is Steve Adlard, who has worked in learning and development roles for over 25 years.
Steve is a qualified Mountain Leader and has walked and climbed in UK and overseas for over 30 years. He is R.E.C First aid qualified in addition to his professional qualifications and licences.
Larger groups will be supported by competent and qualified selected staff.
